Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is now widely used for sterilization in a variety of industries, as a safe alternative to previous sterilizing chemicals. The main difficulty with this technique is the need to measure concentrations of H2O2 in a sterilized environment. Guided Wave provides a solution to measure gaseous H2O2 and water concentration in real time without the need to remove samples which could contaminate your system. The sterilized probe is placed inside the system where it needs little maintenance and gives you accurate results for:

  • H2O2 Vapor 0.1-10 mg/L with ±0.1mg/L error
  • H2O2 Vapor 1-50 mg/L with ±0.2 mg/L error

    The Guided Wave H2O2 Monitor is one of the turnkey solutions that we offer. This design uses fixed wavelength technology but still incorporates dual beam design for stability and accuracy. Fiber optic cables take the light to the isolation chamber and back to the analyzer, the virtual equivalent of vapor sampling. This monitor measures to within 0.1 mg/l of H2O2.
