Did you know that for the past 25 years Guided Wave has offered a free sample evaluation service? To help you determine the best solutions for your application needs, please complete the Application Questionnaire, which is the first step in this valuable complimentary service.
The questionnaire is a pdf that can be filled in online and then submitted by email or printed and faxed back to us. It also can be started and saved on your desktop to complete later.
This will allow us to determine the best technology (UV, VIS, NIR) and analyzer system to both meet your requirements and provide an effective and efficient process monitoring solution.
GWI collaborates with each customer to develop individualized solutions, from complete analyzer systems to customized optical sampling interface systems, specifically tailored for each unique application
SAMPLE EVALUATION STEPS
- Complete the GWI Application Questionnaire
- Submit the questionnaire to Sales Representative or Distributor (return to gwinfo@guided-wave.com)
- GWI reviews form for completeness and sends confirmation email within 72 business hours of receipt
- If samples are to be submitted GWI sends instructions and procedures to follow
- Send samples with MSDS to GWI
- GWI tests samples and determines recommended solution
- GWI will send an evaluation report and sales quote for proposed solution
